Thank you for shopping at THECRAFTCAT.COM . We hope you have a pleasant shopping with us. For your returns to be valid, you must fulfill the policy below:

Return/Exchange Policy

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchange for:

  1. Custom made items.
  2. Sale and value buy items(items on discount)
  3. Products that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purposes.
  4. Products that have been damaged by abuse or negligence.
  5. Products that have been altered or soiled.
  6. Products that have been used (e.g. diy kits materials)

We ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  1. Products received are not your order(Seller shipped wrong items to buyer)
  2. Mistake from seller (e.g. wrong sizes, colors)

Products must be in the original state of packaging and original tags attached.

Products must be returned in 7 days of parcel received.

Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.

Please ensure your return parcel is packed and sealed properly to prevent shipping damage.

All decisions are subject to final inspection and discretion of UNICOLOR DREAM TRADING. Return of items is not a guarantee of exchange or refund.

STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

If you wish to return your product and the above return/exchange policies are met:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected].
  2. Provide our customer service your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Return with your invoice on the packaging.
  4. Provide our customer service the postal company and tracking number of the return parcel. Please do not ship before contact our customer service.
  5. Return/exchange request will not be entertained if we do not receive the returned product.
  6. Delivery fee for return items are to be borne by the customer if your return does not meet the requirement and rejected.

Once your return has been received:

  1. Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has been received for your exchange/refund to be processed.
  2. A final inspection will be done to ensure that the returned product fulfils our return/exchange policies before processing.
  3. An exchange is subject to stock availability.
  4. You will be updated via email once your return is successful.
REFUNDS
  1. Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice excluding shipping and other charges from your initial order.
UNCLAIM / INVALID ADDRESS
  1. Provide incorrect shipping address or information such as contact number will be on buyers full responsibilty. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund will be made. If the package is returned due to unclaim or incorrect contact number provided by buyer, charges to reship parcel will be borne by customer.
PACKING

All orders are packed in our standard packaging box with bubble wrap, and outside of the box is wrapped with cushioning material to prevent damage and packed in a waterproof shipping bag.

DAMAGED PARCEL

Consignee should reject the damaged parcel upon delivery and file a damage claim with shipping service. Any parcel that is already signed, the consignee is responsible for keeping the merchandise and all original packaging, including air waybill, invoice, pouch, cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process is finished. It may be necessary to make the packaging available to shipping service for inspection. Photo proofs are compulsory including outer packaging, inner packaging, damage to contents. Any lost or thrown supporting details will be on consignee full responsibility.
